For the 2025 convention cycle (February 2025-February 2026) we are introducing a new rewards system for staff. Please use this form to submit your hours, and other staff tasks. Currently data is stored in private database and point totals will be manually calculated prior to larger events.
Staff perks from the previous convention cycle are still active and able to be claimed for 2025, this includes badges and t-shirts earned in.
Eligibility
To be eligible you must be a current staff member who has filled out the 2025 Staff Intake and be an active participant in the 2D Con Discord server.
General Rules
All points are self submitted, this includes hour tracking, event participation tracking and proper updating of any contests such as flyer posting and postcard drop off.
Points will be calculated at the end of each month and stored until spent. Points will expire after the end of the 2025 convention cycle.
Notes
This is a new system and we are still tweaking point values and reward costs. We expect to make some changes and additions to this with time to ensure fairness. More ways to earn points and more rewards will be added.
